The Water District serves the community of Timberon’s 800 water meters (2021 statistics) with over 80 miles of pipeline. Our water supply consists of two wells and filtered water from Carissa Springs, on the side of the mountain. Water is kept in our five storage tanks and four lakes, that can be used for fire suppression. There is an Ultra Filtration Plant to process water and everything is controlled by a modern SCADA system.
Timberon Water & Sanitation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Timberon Water & Sanitation District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
